About Us
Who We Are
This non-profit has started in the memory of Bobby Flak, who was a Marine combat veteran who suffered from PTSD. This leads to a pattern of substance abuse and suicide. This is to get the funding to officially become a 501c3. We plan to host events for veterans to connect and discuss these issues to help resolve the issues that veterans are facing. This funding is only possible by having the official status to have businesses donate as well for the space or their products for veterans. By bringing veterans together to find other veterans and organizations that help veterans, we can help each other to stop the fight at home and win the battle we are currently losing. Our Mission
The Flak Foundation is aimed at addressing and helping veterans with depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicide. Our mission is to create a buddy system between veterans to help rescue each other in crisis for Flak’s sake.
